The project defines the basic intervention of local civil services (MOS) for socially excluded people of marginalised Roma communities, the implementation of which is essential for the success of other community development measures. The specific objective 5.1.2 is to prioritise the improvement of financial literacy, employability and employment of marginalised communities, in particular Roma. The implementation of the project by employing eight people from the population of CLLD will increase their employability on the labour market in the future. The activities of the project will improve the protection of the environment and ensure the civil order by involving the inhabitants of the MRC as a target group also in the next period. Through preventive measures, the dissemination of awareness in various areas for the inhabitants of CLLD, the negative effects resulting in the deterioration of the coexistence of the inhabitants of the municipality are eliminated or eliminated.  The quality of housing of the inhabitants of MRK and surroundings of the village will also be improved. The aim of the project is to increase the safety of life of all citizens in the village, to improve coexistence and prevent anti-social activity, not only by restrictive measures, but also by preventive action. Through the ILOS, the improvement of risky behaviour, protection of property rights and compliance with the rules of civic coexistence will be achieved.
