The project presents a series of activities aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of civil servants of the Office for the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services (hereinafter “Regulatory Office” or “RÚ”). Part of the project is the development of a concept and methodology for the training of civil servants, as well as various forms of training of employees, on which there are qualification requirements consisting of both general and professional knowledge, skills and skills necessary for the formulation and implementation of EU and Slovak strategies and policies in the field of electronic communications and postal services (e.g. Digital Agenda 2020, Digital Single Market, National Strategy for the Growth of Digital Services and New Generation Networks 2014-2020, National Strategy for Broadband Access in Slovakia). At the same time, the activities of the project are designed to reflect the principles of the Single Strategy for Human Resources Management in the state administration 2015-2020, especially with regard to the process of continuous improvement and internal innovation in order to continuously improve and modernise the functioning of RÚ and adapt it to the changing environment.
