Our project is aimed at reducing the energy intensity of the building of the municipal office and cultural house owned by the village Čakanovce. The building in question does not meet the energy performance criterion of an administrative building within the meaning of the legislation in force. The building is energy-intensive for overall operation, especially in terms of heating and hot water. The outer shell of the building is without insulation, roof structures are in original condition, floors are without thermal insulation, the building does not meet the current requirements of the standard. The operational-disposal solution of the condition of the building does not meet hygienic requirements. Based on these facts, our priority is to implement such measures by which we will achieve the improvement of the thermal properties of the building, and so we will reduce the costs of maintenance and repair of faults related to the operation and construction of the building The main objectiveTo carry out the reconstruction of the building of the municipal office and cultural house in the village of Čakanovce in order to reduce the energy intensity and more efficient use of the building.  Specific objectives:1. Improve the technical condition of the municipal office building and the cultural house.2. Increase environmental protection by reducing pollutants.  3. Improve the quality of services provided to residents and visitors to the village. 4.
