SL SLOVAKIA, a. s. must constantly invest in reducing production costs in order to maintain lower prices for its own products and thus competitiveness in the European and international markets. Lower energy costs contribute to reducing production costs. For this reason, SL SLOVAKIA, a.s. needs to invest in new measures to reduce energy intensity and increase energy efficiency. Based on the above baseline, the aim of the project is to implement the measures resulting from the energy audit in order to contribute to the reduction of energy intensity and better energy efficiency at SLOVAKIA, a.s. In accordance with the conditions of the call, one main activity focused on energy audit was carried out, while the other activity will implement the actions resulting from the audit itself. The place of implementation of the project will be the production premises of SL SLOVAKIA, a.s. The result of the project will be measurable indicators: Number of energy audits (1); Number of energy efficiency measures implemented in enterprises (9); Number of holdings supported (1); Projected saving of PEZ in the company according to the energy audit (299,36 MWh/year); On-site energy consumption before energy efficiency measures are implemented (2837,60 MWh/year); On-site energy consumption after implementation of energy efficiency measures (2639,72 MWh/year); Estimated annual greenhouse gas emission reductions (39,597 t CO2 t/year); Saving of PEZ in the enterprise (299,36 MWh/year).
