The aim of the project is thermal assessment of the building of the Municipal Office in Toporca, roof insulation, insulation of the building envelope and also installation of photovoltaic panels. Building modifications of the building of the municipal office, which are defined within the project documentation and quantified in the budget on the basis of an area statement. With these works we will achieve a more energy-efficient building, which has an impact especially on the environment, as the village Toporec is located in the foothill area near the High Tatras and Spišská Magura, in which the protection of the environment should be a priority. The realisation of the project has a positive impact on energy saving within the municipal office building, which would have the effect of reducing operating costs. After the realisation of the project, the energy consumption within the reconstructed building will change significantly. The result of energy reductions is, of course, a reduction in negative environmental impacts.
