Financing of wage costs eligible AK UPPVII directly involved in the ESIF management and coordination system – 2

This project follows on from the project “Financing of wage costs of eligible AK UPPVII directly involved in the ESIF management and coordination system”, which ensured the reimbursement of salaries for eligible staff of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for Investment and Informatisation (hereinafter referred to as “ÚPPVII”) and employer’s contributions during the period from 1.6.2016 to 31.12.2018.This project with order number 2 and entitled “Financing of salary costs eligible AK UPPII directly involved in the management of the ESI Funds – 2” will ensure support and reimbursement of salary expenditure and administrative capacity (hereinafter referred to as “AC”) within the ESI Funds management partner as the central coordinating body (hereinafter referred to as “CCA”) which are directly involved in the ESI Funds’ management of the programme. The total duration of this activity is 12 months (i.e. from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019). Authorised staff are AK (number 94) which performs the tasks of the CAC. The number of AK 94 is in line with Slovak Government Resolution 181/2017 on the Analysis of the state of affairs and the determination of the number of administrative capacity for the European Structural and Investment Funds in the 2014-2020 programming period. SA support in the 2014-2020 programming period is a prerequisite for achieving efficient and effective coordination of the ESI Funds. The measurable indicator ‘Average number of workers reimbursed from OP TA’ is set at 81, which also takes into account the proposed eligibility percentages below 100 % for 5 AAs and the assumption that all posts will not be filled in the course of 2019.
