The aim of the project is to accelerate the implementation of specific objectives 2.1.2 and 2.1.3 PO 2 IROP with an emphasis on ensuring compliance with the n+ 3 rule, strengthening the performance of administrative capacity by experts with analytical experience in the possibility of using financial instruments in the health sector and strengthening capacities in case of stress situations in meeting the milestones. The applicant plans/proposes to conclude 8 agreements for a total of 1481 hours, namely: 4 agreements for work in connection with the performance of administrative financial control (plan/assumption of 800 hours) and 4 agreements for work in connection with the processing of expert opinions (plan/assumption 681 hours) = 1481 hours. The achievement of the target will be checked using the measurable indicator set out in section 10, which will monitor the average number of expert capacities reimbursed. Set to the total planned target value 1,4105. Calculation of the measurable indicator: number of hours expected to be worked 1481 (see above): 1050 (i.e. 350 hours/1 agreement for 1 year * 3 years) during the implementation of the project activities between 9/2018 and 8/2020. When selecting expert capacities, the applicant shall follow the applicable legislation and procedures with a view to promoting equality between men and women and non-discrimination.
