The objective of the project is highly professional and effective support for ESIF management and its more effective implementation by ensuring stabilisation and strengthening of administrative capacity (AC) for the responsibility of the horizontal principles of equality between men and women and non-discrimination (AP and ND). • Improving the performance and efficiency of the responsible HMŽ and ND by strengthening the ACs as a precondition for efficient management, implementation and control of ESI Funds. • Ensure a sufficient and stable number of female employees with the necessary knowledge, skills and professional experience for the horizontal principles of equality between men and women and non-discrimination involved in the implementation process. • Provide for a performance evaluation system for the responsible HP RMŽ and ND with a link to a single remuneration system to prevent fluctuations. • Achieving the required performance and quality of work in a more efficient implementation of processes, building on the new tasks for the responsible HMŽ and LV, leading to a more economical and efficient use of ESI Funds in the 2014-2020 programming period. • According to the provisions of EU and Slovak legislation, as one of the designated bodies, ensure the strategic level of the ESIF management system in the 2014-2020 programming period.
