Implementation of the interim media campaign in the framework of the communication strategy of the OP TA for the PA 2014-2020

The 2014-2020 programming period represents a further continuation for the Slovak Republic within the various opportunities to draw on EU funds, which it can use to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of individual regions in recent years. The communication strategy of the Operational Programme Technical Assistance for the Partnership Agreement for the programming period 2014-2020 includes a communication strategy in accordance with the relevant national and European legislation vis-à-vis the general public and beneficiaries with a view to a better, more efficient and transparent implementation of ESI Funds assistance and highlighting the contribution of the EU and its cohesion policy to promoting economic growth, employment and closing regional disparities. The project implementation of the ongoing media campaign within the OP TP communication strategy for the 2014-2020 PA represents the sum of media activities, which will lead, by focusing, to raising citizens’ awareness of the European Structural and Investment Funds of this programming period. The increased awareness of the population contributes to creating a favourable information environment for the absorption of the European Structural and Investment Funds. The objective of the horizontal rolling campaign is to present to citizens the benefits of ESIF assistance and support so that, on the basis of the above-mentioned spots, citizens get an idea of the results of assistance and support from the ESI Funds, in order to raise awareness of the ESIF assistance and support from the ESI Funds, not only in Slovakia but also in a specific region of citizens, and to increase the knowledge of the assistance offered by the EU under the ESI Funds through the successful implementation of projects supported by the EU through several operational programmes. — radio media (via 10 radio spots in public and private media) – TV media (via 10 TV spots in public and private television) – Internet (via 10 web banners on high-visibility web portals and visuals)
