The aim of the project is to ensure the broadcasting of spots on the use of European funds under the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure (“OPII”) via media with national reach – the most watched TV. The implementation of the project will ensure that the general public is informed of the benefits of projects carried out under OPII. The purpose of the communication concept is to present several modes of transport, namely rail, tramway, trolleybus and road, with an emphasis on its usefulness and ecological importance of joint travel and the use of public transport.The project will be implemented through two main activities. The first main activity is focused on the production of spots in different formats and for different media. The aim of the second main activity is to ensure the broadcasting of spots via the most viewed televisions with nationwide reach. Measurable indicators are the number of media outputs, which means the number of spots produced under Main Activity 1 and the number of spots broadcast and displayed in the second activity. The value of this measurable indicator is set at 3 186 for all main activities.At the same time, the number of information activities carried out is determined as a measurable indicator, while the information activity performed means the broadcast of spots on the most watched televisions for the whole period and we set the number to level 1. In the project we submit annexes, which serve as a basis for the preparation of the project, and in Annex 8 – Reasons for the use of the exception, we were based on the planned data for the contract. As part of this project, the purchase of broadcasting time was carried out at only the two most watched broadcasting time providers, and in the future the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic plans to make further purchases within the framework of the next communication campaign.
