Each subactivity consists of the preparation of a Technical Study, EIA and CBA. Technical-economic study for emergency measuresThe subject is the processing of a technical economic study, the aim of which is to define emergency measures from an environmental, technical and economic point of view. Emergency measures aim to eliminate the negative effects of the most frequently occurring emergency scenarios in relation to the goods mix and transhipment volumes in the ports of the TEN-T core network in the Slovak Republic, i.e. in the public port of Bratislava and in the public port of Komárno (hereinafter also referred to as “technical-economic study for emergency measures”) Technical-economic study for Port Monitoring The subject is the processing of a technical and economic study aiming at designing an optimal port monitoring system of the TEN-T core network using already existing information systems (e.g. Riečny Information System and other RIS). The technical and economic study will be carried out for the entire territory of the ports of the TEN-T core network, i.e. in the public port of Bratislava and in the public port of Komárno (hereinafter referred to as “technical economic study for SMEs”). A measurable indicator of the project is the number of studies carried out, one Technical-Economic study for the Port Monitoring System and one Technical-Economic study for Havarij measures of public ports, with a target value of 2.
