The aim of the project is highly professional and effective support for the management and implementation of the European Structural and Investment Funds by ensuring stabilisation and strengthening of administrative capacity (hereinafter referred to as “AK”) responsible for the horizontal principles of equality between men and women and non-discrimination on the basis of Slovak Government Resolution No 519 of 15 October 2014. The responsibility of the HQF and ND is the executive body responsible for ensuring the application and application of the horizontal principles Equality between men and women and non-discrimination in accordance with General Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 7. Improving the performance and efficiency of the responsible HMŽ and ND by strengthening the ACs as a precondition for efficient management, monitoring, implementation and control of ESI Funds. Ensure a sufficient and stable number of female employees with the necessary knowledge, skills and expertise for the horizontal principles of equality between men and women and non-discrimination involved in the implementation process. Ensure a uniform system for managing the work performance of the AK responsible for HP RMŽ and ND at all levels, which will contribute to reducing their fluctuation. Achieving the required performance and quality of work in a more efficient implementation of the processes, building on the new tasks for the responsible DG RMŽ and ND, leading to a more economical and efficient use of ESI Funds in the 2014-2020 programming period. In accordance with the provisions of EU and Slovak legislation, the responsible authority of the RMŽ and the ND will ensure, as one of the designated bodies, the strategic level of the ESIF management system in the 2014-2020 programming period, when preparing the new programming period 2021-2027 and the resulting new tasks for fulfilling the Basic horizontal condition – Effective application and implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
