The objective of the project “Material-Technical Security AK SAŽP in 2020” is to ensure the effective implementation of the operational programme through eruted human resources with sufficient material and technical and operational security. Sufficient material-technical, operational security shall create conditions for the quality performance of administrative capacity activities in accordance with and within the scope of the rights and obligations deriving from the Contract for the performance of part of the tasks of the managing authority by the intermediate body. The performance of the above tasks is also related to the eligible activities within the OP KŽP as well as the eligible activities within the closure of OP ŽP.The Slovak Environment Agency honestly declares that as an applicant for a non-repayable financial contribution from the Operational Programme Quality of the Environment for a project entitled “Material and technical security AK SO SAŽP in 2020” it will not exercise the right to deduct tax under Act No 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax, as amended, and will not claim a VAT refund. The duration of the project is from 10/2018 to 01/2021, i.e. 28 months. The place of implementation of the project is the whole territory of the Slovak Republic. Within the project, the activities fall under the specific objective: 5.1.1 Ensuring effective implementation of the programme. The target group is the staff of the EU SF. The implementation of the project will fulfil the measurable indicators of the project – code P0131 – Number of administrative capacities equipped with material and technical equipment from TP and code P0588 – Number of evaluations, analyses and studies carried out.
