The subject of the project is the implementation of the information systems provided for by the Union Customs Code (UCC) 952/2016 (Regulation 2446/2015, Regulation 2447/2015, Regulation 341/2016) and the Multi-annual Strategic Plan (MASP — Multiannual Strategic Plan) of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs (TAXUD). The UCC is the new EU Customs Code and has entered into force since 1/5/2016. These systems will be implemented within the framework of the Integrated Customs Information System ICISnet. The project will modify 12 existing ICISnet systems, add 6 new ones and adapt/record 4 subsystems. The beneficiary and operator of the project is the Independent Authority for Public Revenue and its total budget is EUR 4 995 712,00.
