Procurement of prosecuting instruments for the Customs Service of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR) to tackle smuggling

The aim of the Greek Customs Service is to facilitate legitimate trade and promote entrepreneurship while applying the appropriate level of controls required for the security of citizens and the protection of public health, the environment and the financial interests of both the country and the European Union. Technology and equipment are cornerstones that enable modern customs administrations to cope with the rapidly changing challenges of the 21st century business environment. The use of modern means of persecution is a powerful tool to effectively protect the country’s economic interests and protect against illegal trade, while supporting legitimate business activity, the protection of public health and safety.
