This project aims to introduce effective procedures to serve citizens and in particular services that will strengthen all existing services of the Security Corps: Hellenic Police, Coast Guard and Fire Brigade. In particular, the object of the project is: a) The creation of a Single Main Central Infrastructure for each of the three SAs, b) the creation of a Single Backup Central Infrastructure common to the three SAs, c) the development of new applications and electronic services, using the existing IT infrastructure of the SAs, d) The procurement, installation and configuration of equipment and standardised software at each regional point of the three RPs, in order to meet the new increased requirements for their support and operation. The implementation of the project will contribute both to the overall upgrading and smooth functioning of the RP processes and to the realisation of the possibilities offered by new technologies, with the aim of effectively providing advanced e-services to all citizens, organisations and businesses involved. In this context, the project is of paramount importance, as its implementation comes to address problems and significantly improve the effectiveness and reliability of the RPs, covering a wide range of their needs.The project has a duration of 68 months, a total budget of EUR 6,817.637.20 and a total public expenditure eligible for co-financing of EUR 5 889 253.36.
