The aim of the project is to develop an integrated environment for the provision of digital services to citizens for the reception and servicing of calls of the pan-European emergency number “112”. In particular, the project will allow the state to provide in an efficient and coordinated manner services: "Immediate rescue intervention, optimal utilisation and management of required operational resources, public information on emergencies, such as natural disasters or terrorist incidents, industrial/technological accidents, etc. that have taken place, are ongoing or are known to occur.The total approved budget of the project is EUR 7.115.962, including VAT, and its total duration is estimated at approximately 55 months.
