The physical object of the action is to adapt the infrastructure and applications of the GGPS to up-to-date operational, operational and management needs arising as a result of the evolution of the requirements for reducing operating costs, more efficient use of infrastructure, responding to the increase in demand and expanding functionality, homogenisation of applications and the provision of new electronic services of fiscal, budgetary and general economic interest to meet the needs of users, citizens and businesses. Its aim is to complete the transition to a single licensed application service infrastructure, which will cover the required system software of the projects hosted in the GGPS at the level of databases and servers of applications and Internet. The action includes the procurement, licensing and commissioning of a single application service infrastructure, which will cover the needs of the GGPS in software of database and application servers and web servers for existing and new (based on the technological choices of their contractors and the ability to serve the infrastructure), information systems and projects of the GGPS and the Ministry of Finance. In particular, it includes procurement of Oracle software licenses, training services and support services. The total public expenditure of the operation is EUR 6 000 000 with the starting date of the operation on 4/2/2019 and the end date of the operation on 3/3/2022.
