The project is aimed at simplifying and speeding up the process of issuing copies of the minutes and opinions of the three supreme advisory bodies of the Ministry of Culture, which are inextricably linked to the preservation and promotion of the site’s long-standing cultural heritage (Central Archaeological Council — KAS, Council of Museums — SM, Central Council of Modern Monuments — JMCs). The implementation of this project aims to provide citizens with simple and direct access to this content, resulting in a significant improvement in the service of citizens, encouraging transparency and the development of citizen-state trust and a dramatic reduction in the time for the implementation of investments, as well as the presentation of practical initiatives and consultatives of the various institutions. At the same time, the expected result is the full access of the research and academic community through the archive material of the Council minutes, to issues related to the management of the cultural reserve. The project will be implemented by recourse to an external contractor. The total duration of the project is approximately 18 months, with a total approved budget of EUR 417 765.80.
