Training/training of civil servants of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy in specialised technical subjects with a view to providing quality services and providing internal training to their colleagues working on the same subject shall include: 1. Rationalisation of existing structures and equipment, renewal and updating of knowledge and skills.2. The creation of a standard computer laboratory equipped with appropriate hardware and software.3. The creation of training workshops in Optical Fibers at KBM2 PALAKAS CUE for the benefit of staff training of the Ministry of the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection. The additional training of staff of all three General Staffs that will be the trainers for the internal future training of civilian and military personnel and the pedagogical training they will receive in adult education will enable the use of available resources with immediate results and the possibility of evaluating the services provided. All of the above actions will contribute to the merit of the ED by providing quality services for the safe maintenance of systems, resource management, information security, environmental protection and the integration of digital technology into everyday life and the possibilities it gives. Furthermore, the workers’ satisfaction is achieved as follows:a.
