The operation concerns the reception of services of a specialised and experienced Technical Support Consultant, who will provide technical and scientific support services to the Holy Archdiocese of Athens for the successful planning, maturation and effective implementation of two (2) complex, digital operations, entitled “Digitalisation of the Archive of Marriage and Divorce of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens” and “Full geospatial and administrative documentation of real estate held in the property subsystem of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens”, which the Holy Archdiocese of Athens intends to implement as beneficiary during the 2014 2020 programming period. More specifically, the services that the Counsellor is required to provide cover the entire lifecycle of a co-financed ICT project, with a particular character and specialised eGovernment work in the main areas of ecclesiastical administration, and includes the following tasks, which could be divided into two (2) phases as follows: Phase A: Maturity, preparation of application dossiers for funding with the TFB — Proclamation Issues and Legal CommitmentsPhase B: Monitoring the implementation of the digital operationsThe ultimate aim of the proposed act is to best support the Athens Holy Archipelago for the maturation and successful implementation of two (2) complex digital acts, which will bring significant benefits to citizens, businesses, the Public Administration and the Church of Greece, and by extension also the recipients of public benefit work provided by the Church through its social and welfare actions. The Act will be implemented through two (2) Subprojects, which will be entrusted to external contractors. The budget of the operation is EUR 200 000 excluding VAT, starting on 31/07/2020 and ending on 30/09/2023.
