The operation aims to ensure the smooth operation of the Secretariat-General for Digital Policy in the context of fulfilling its purpose-mission for the design, preparation and implementation of the National Digital Strategy. In particular, it concerns the provision of technical support services of the GPSP for the integrated mapping of existing equipment, applications, software and registers in the Ministries. The complete recording of the available, in-service equipment, applications, software and registers will enable the aggregation of ICT needs and services of central government bodies. In addition, the mapping of the available equipment, applications, software and registers in each Ministry will enable the development of interfaces and interoperability for existing or new systems. Furthermore, the act will include publicity actions, which concern the general publicity of the Secretariat-General for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, concerning the implementation of information measures and promotion of the work of the GEPS to the public administration and the general public, since the GPSP was recently set up and has as its mission the planning and preparation of the National Digital Strategy (NDC), with a focus on the Digital Single Market and ICT, including e-Governance. The operation has a starting date of 15/12/2017 and a duration of 24.5 months, with a total public expenditure of EUR 74 400.
