The project is part of a policy aimed at minimising the adverse effects on workers in the private sector due to the ongoing restructuring of the labour market. The project launches interventions aimed at precarious workers (locked). The project consists of providing career counselling and guidance services, as well as empowering workers with knowledge and skills through training programmes leading to certification. An allowance per hour of training and an allowance for successful certification of knowledge and skills is provided for beneficiaries.
