The operation is part of the promoted administrative reform in the field of Mental Health. The physical object of the act concerns the provision of administrative support services for the decentralised services and administrative bodies introduced by Law 4461/2017, as well as support for the executive work of the Directorate for Mental Health. Health and Health Regions for the transition to the new institutional framework by drawing up an action plan for the transfer of responsibilities to the administrative bodies of Law 4461/2017, monitoring the implementation of the law, drawing up operating models, guidelines, evaluation of the law and preparing draft regulatory decisions to further promote the administrative reorganisation of the mental health system. The operation has a budget of EUR 1 000 107.76, starting on 30/12/2020 and ending on 30/06/2023.
