In view of the rapidly evolving epidemiological situation as regards the outbreak of the new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to limit the spread of the pandemic, the Ministry of Health in the context of the prevention and protection of public health is taking all necessary measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), such as the Legislative Acts adopted and measures to support the disease. In particular, it is considered appropriate to: 1. minimising the movement of the population and the recourse of persons who have not been ill in the Health Units, especially those with “suspicious or potential cases”, who go to the reference hospitals to be examined for the new virus. Individuals before being confirmed as bodies, going to reference hospitals or primary health structures, increase the risk of transmission of the virus and cause congestion as well as risks of transmission of infection to all levels of the health system (TOMY, PHC units and hospitals), 2. strengthening the care services of patients and at home in particular for people with disabilities, lonely people who are ill at home, etc. and the individual provision of instructions to prevent any transmission of infection to their/colonial/close contacts. The physical object of this act includes:1. Creation of a network of nurses for nursing care services at home and taking samples of biological material from individuals — possible cases of coronavirus".2. Provide guidance on the management of COVID-19 incidents to young health professionals in hospitals, health centres and EKABs and members of mobile units.3.
