The gradual introduction of new IT systems and new administrative simplified and standardised procedures in the field of social security and health requires the preparation and implementation of proposals and action to adapt the “E-Governance of Social Security SA” (IDIKA SA) to the new social security and health environment. In particular, the main topics of this project are:- The recording, evaluation and adaptation of the organisational structure and existing procedures of IDIKA S.A., making full use of all staff employed.- The simplification and reform of the main operational functions. — The design of functional adaptation and the development of the transition plan to the new operational model- The training of employees involved in the new procedures for the provision of simplified services.- The support for the implementation of the new operating model.- The specialised technical and scientific support to the implemented actions to introduce new technologies.Beneficiary and Operating Body of the project is IDIKA SA. The total duration of the project is 18 months and the total approved budget amounts to a total of EUR 1 368 502.59 including VAT. Please note that the total public expenditure eligible for co-financing relates only to the total net value, i.e. the amount of EUR 1 103 631.12, because VAT is recoverable for this beneficiary.
