The Secretariat-General for Information Systems and Logistics (GPSHD) hosts the Information Systems of the Ministry of Finance in its computing infrastructures and defines the security framework governing their operation. Sensitive data from citizens, businesses and organisations are kept in the computational infrastructure of the SGPSY, while thousands of data exchanges (records, revocations, modifications) are carried out every day with internal, external and third-party systems in the public and private sectors. Through this project is achieved: The compliance of the SGPSY with the applicable institutional data security framework, including the security requirements set in the framework of International Cooperations for the Exchange of Tax Information. The compliance of the SGPSY with current best practices in information security. The contribution to preventing malicious actions related to information security, such as interception, destruction and alteration of sensitive data for personal benefit, disruption of the service of the citizen and the functioning of the State. The development of confidence in the GPSHD by other public bodies handling sensitive data as a result of the certification of the body by 27001:2013.The project has a total budget of EUR 941.542.34, scheduled starting date 15/12/2017 and end date 16/03/2021.
