The operation is part of the promoted reform in the field of Primary Health Care. The purpose of this act is to cover needs for horizontal actions: publicity and visibility, evaluation and technical support services for operators and implementation bodies during the development and pilot operation of Local Health Groups (TOMY) throughout the territory. In accordance with Article 106 of Law 4461/2017 and Law 4486/2017, TOMY provides primary health care services (prevention, promotion and health care, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation) to individuals, families and the community and is the core of the National Health System (NHS). This project introduces for the first time the new structure of primary health care services with the operation of TOMY. The aim is to provide holistic, human-centred and high quality health services from each TOMY free of charge and without discrimination. Starting date of act 03.08.2018 and EUR 452 800.
