The project aims to fill the procedural gap that currently exists in relation to the management and development of the real estate of the Ministry of Labour during the transfer to it of the Secretariat-General for Welfare by the Ministry of Health. As a result of this gap, it is impossible to effectively activate the services of the Ministry for the management and development of real estate and, on the other hand, to accumulate requests from municipalities, legal persons under public and private law (legal entities governed by public law, legal entities governed by private law) and citizens, which cannot be answered with the current situation. In order to address these problems, this project includes the elaboration of the administrative reforms necessary to improve and standardise the procedures for managing the real estate of the General Secretariat for Social Solidarity. the legal and technical inspection of real estate, the creation of digital real estate files and databases, and the design and development of an IT system for monitoring and managing real estate based on corresponding applications of the Secretariat-General for Public Property.
