The project aims to enhance the efficiency of public administration by strengthening the mediation and dispute resolution mechanism, which is a crucial factor in supporting entrepreneurship and work, by creating a stable and friendly business and economic environment. In particular, the object of the project is the institutional and operational strengthening, as well as the standardisation of the system of tripartite reconciliation procedures (Employer Employers of the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and Climate Change). The project comprises two sub-projects: 1. “Design and development of methodology, modelling of procedures, organisation and operation/support of the system of tripartite reconciliation procedures”. 2. “Take advantage of the process of conducting the tripartite reconciliation procedures”.
