The Act contains specific actions that will strengthen the IHU’s ELKE in order to respond to the more effective implementation of the Actions. The Act: “Actions to support the functioning of the IHU as a beneficiary in the management and implementation of interventions of OPENEDEDVM” shall include: material support (printing, workshops, travel, etc.), recruitment of consultants/external associates, conducting studies/experts, development and certification of ISO Standard and Adaptation of ELKE and the Foundation’s systems/subsystems to the new Regulation 2016/679, for personal data GDPR. The physical object of the operation, as explained in the previous section, is necessary in order for the competent services of ELKE DIPAE to be able to meet the increased requirements of the Programmes under “Actions to support the functioning of the IHU as a beneficiary in the management and implementation of OPNADEVM interventions”. The physical object of the Act “Actions to support the operation of the IHU as a beneficiary in the management and implementation of interventions of the OPNADEVM” will be implemented by ELKE DIPAE and will have a duration of 52 months.
