The Act is part of a specialisation of the Action Plan for tackling undeclared work prepared by the Ministry of the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection, approved by the EU on 30.6.2017 (DG Employpent, Social Affairs and Inclusion/2017/3292761/30.6.2017), updated by the Supreme Labour Council and is under approval by DG Employment and Social Affairs and Inclusion.  It is structured in ten subprojects as follows:  SUBPROJECT 1: Study to create, in the SEA, a “white list/register” of enterprises. SUBPROJECT 2: Interoperability of the APRC databases with databases of other public bodies. SUBPROJECT 3: Application for registration of working hours, overtime and overtime. SUBPROJECT 4: Upgrading PC ERGANI to cover new conditions in the labour market. SUBPROJECT 5: Upgrading of PS ERGANI infrastructure. SUBPROJECT 6: Equipment renewal and equipment integration. Subproject 7:Preparation of a cyber cord security study for SEA data, application development. SUBPROJECT 8: Electronic equipment for SEPE inspectors. SUBPROJECT 9: Organisation of paper file SEPE and safe storage. SUBPROJECT 10: A record of delinquency.
