The proposed project concerns the implementation of targeted energy upgrading and energy saving interventions (ETS-Energy Category 1), as well as demonstration action for the exploitation of Renewable Energy Sources (RES Category 2) by the Prefecture of Attica, which will make a decisive contribution to: Improving the energy efficiency of the reference building and the hospital as a whole In limiting the energy footprint of the building and the hospital as a whole In significant savings on an annual basis, through the reduction of energy costs. Environmental protection In raising public awareness. Creation of adequate comfort conditions and the provided nursing project Reduction of damage and increased reliability of basic E/M installations In encouraging other public administration bodies to undertake similar projects.The interventions of energy upgrading and energy saving concern the hospital’s building, which will be upgraded (after the implementation of the interventions) to higher energy levels from the existing energy class (from category C) and energy savings (from category C) will be transferred to the energy class of the hospital.
