Support for the most deprived categories of people benefiting from hot meals based on electronic social vouchers

The objective of the programme is to increase the quality of life by increasing the support for disadvantaged/marginalised people, the aid consisting of material support through hot meals for the heelable target group complying with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance No 115/2020. The Operational Programme Helping disadvantaged people contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the National Strategy on Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction 2014-2020. The benefits to be achieved after meeting the need or the problems that will be solved as a result of the achievement of the proposed objectives are the reduction of the basic food precariousness of the beneficiaries of P.O.A.D. eligible under the provisions of Government Emergency Order No 115/2020 — the running of the National Support Scheme for the elderly and the homeless. The general objective of the project is to help disadvantaged people in Romania, who are deprived of resources or do not have the capacity or means to prepare hot meals and thus have a balanced diet.
