Educational support based on electronic social vouchers for the most disadvantaged students

The objective of the program is to prevent school drop-out and early school leaving among the most disadvantaged children from preschool, primary and secondary state education, day classes, which are in the maintenance of families whose average monthly income per family member is maximum 50 % of the minimum gross wage per country, by increasing their support, as well as of the most disadvantaged children from preschool state education, who are in the maintenance of families whose minimum monthly income per family member is up to twice the level of guaranteed minimum income for a single person. The Operational Program Helping disadvantaged people contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the National Strategy on Social Inclusion and Reduction of Saracy 2014-2020 and the Strategy on reducing early school leaving in Romania. Reduction of school drop-out is essential for achieving several key European and national objectives. Through the general objective of the project, we take into account the objectives identified by the Europe 2020 strategy: smart growth, by improving the levels of education and training and inclusive growth, by reducing the school ambandon as a major risk factor for unemployment, poverty and social exclusion. The overall objective of the project is to help disadvantaged students in Romania, who are deprived of resources or who do not have the capacity or means to ensure their participation in school courses.
