OBIECTIVEARGUMENT: The aim of the project is to improve the situation of NEETs in the Bucharest-Ilfov region, thus facilitating their transition to the regional labour market where it will act on three levels: education, training, employment (including entrepreneurship). The positive long-term effect of the project is ensured by the integrated way of providing its services, which ensures that all stages of the necessary skills for the labour market are completed with the beneficiaries, ensuring the development of the necessary entrepreneurial skills and finally, the immediate need to solve the problems of NEETs is caused by the fact that, in the long term, their maintenance in a state of inactivity will generate, in addition to additional expenses to the state budget and low incomes from their activity, an alarming shortage of labour force with appropriate qualifications for the labour market. Thus, by offering personalised solutions to stimulate their employment, their employment will be achieved and the situations of marginalisation or socio-professional exclusion will be avoided.GENERALC’s OBJECTIVE will reduce employment opportunities and facilitate integration into the labour market for 375 NEETs from the Bucharest-Ilfov region, by offering integrated services of active and personalised employment measures, including mediation, information, training programs, support for business start-up (entrepreneurial training, support for the development of the business plan, etc., analysis and selection of viable business plans, support in setting up the company) for a period of 24 months.Innovative elements will be introduced in the field of employment (youth guarantee), by matching the demand and supply of the labour market, which will facilitate the integration of the target group into a competitive and constantly changing labour market especially for people who do not have a job, education or training, including young people at risk of social exclusion and young people from marginalised communities.
