The general objective of the project is to promote sustainable and quality employment and support labour mobility for 372 NEETs through vocational training including the recognition and certification of learning outcomes acquired in non-formal and informal contexts and the establishment of new businesses. The positive effect generated in the long term by this project consists of motivating NEETs to integrate into society, to create a system of values to follow and respect, to improve social skills, to stimulate self-confidence and the need to join a social and professional group, to teach these principles stemming from independent living, autonomy, self-security, self-control and last. Therefore, the project proposes an integrated approach by linking personalised tools and measures for the target group, such as information, vocational training, entrepreneurship support among NEETs and professional counselling for active participation in the labour market in the long term. The economic crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has generated high unemployment rates among young people and thus led to a lack of involvement of young people. The general objective of the project aims to reduce unemployment among NEETs from the Center region by identifying viable solutions, which have as primary goal the effective classification of 163 people in the field of work but also the establishment and development of 8 independent activities.
