HERMES is the name given by the Spanish Transport Ministry (Ministerio de Transportes, Movilidad y Agenda Urbana) to the corporative technological platform that will bring together in an integrated manner information on the core transport system, as well as a set of tools to support the planning and monitoring of said system. HERMES has been drawn as a toolkit for integrated strategic planning of mobility and transport infrastructure in Spain (including the Trans-European Transport Network, TEN-T), that will improve good governance of processes for identification of needs, assessment of options, decision making and monitoring. HERMES will also facilitate transparency by making information available to third parties._x000D_ _x000D_ The goal of this operation is to decisively contribute with HERMES to comply with the thematic enabling condition applicable to European Regional Development Fund 2021-207 for specific objectives 3.2 and 3.3._x000D_ _x000D_ The outputs to get through this operation comprise, for such goal:_x000D_ • Integration of sectoral/modal information in a georeferenced database, and improvement of processes to update said information._x000D_ • Building, calibrating and validating a National Transport Model for passengers and goods._x000D_ • Developing spatial indicators to assess connectivity of the regions and local communities to the core transport network._x000D_ • Implementing an indicators panel to support monitoring and reporting of the core transport system planning.
