The general objective of this project is the development of natural biofertilisers that stimulate the synthesis of chemopreventive compounds in tomato and avocado fruits and the development of two food products from the fruits rich in compounds with chemopreventive properties._x000D_ Thanks to this project, the AGROHEALTH consortium will contribute to improving the health of the population by providing them with healthier, more environmentally friendly food products and of the highest organoleptic quality._x000D_ To achieve this general objective, the following technical objectives are contemplated:_x00_F_D__x005 Development of probiotic biostimulants for the cultivation of tomato and avocado, with the aim of increasing their concentrations in chemopreventive compounds._x000D_ Objective 2. Validation of the bio-stimulation process of chemopreventive compounds in the different cultures treated with the use of pre and probiotics, the specific bio-stimulants._x000D_ Objective 3. Determination of stakeholders in tomato and avocado fruits with chemopreventive activity and application of technologies to stabilise them._x000D_ Objective 4. The development of fresh products with chemopreventive action and development of novel foods with high content in chemopreventives whose basic ingredients are tomato and avocado.
