UCM-JEM3000F Upgrade and Renewal EDS Camera and Detector for Electronic Transmission Microscope

The project consists of the replacement of the camera currently installed in the JEOL3000 electronic microscope, which is just over 20 years old, and the X-ray energy dispersion spectrometer that after a similar operating time has become obsolete.
