The operation is based on a plan of actions aimed at training municipal employees in digital skills and in reducing and overcoming the digital divide of those companies and professionals who, by size, profile and resources, see their situation of disadvantage accentuated by their lack of ICT knowledge and skills. It will be based on digital training and training actions, support for autonomy in the management of e-government procedures and knowledge of ICT tools that empower municipal employees and position micro-enterprises in an increasingly digitised environment.
