The operations to be carried out in the context of the Moro Age and the adjoining wall will be carried out sequentially in phases. In this second phase, the restoration of the outer canvas of the wall is addressed throughout the sector between Av. Ramón y Cajal and the Puerta del Castillo or Arco de la Cárcel (with the exception of the pilot fragment under restoration in phase 1), the adaptation of the adarve and its access and, finally, the urbanisation of the free space of the Moro Age, allowing its openness to public use. The operation is completed with a series of specific communication and dissemination measures._x000D_ _x000D_ In this second phase the aim is:_x000D_ _x000D_ • Rehabilitating the outer face of the darve of section A of the North Canvas, with the exception of the curtain between the N3 and N4 cubes, which is the object of rehabilitation of another operation. The performance is completed with the restoration of the exterior face of the defensive wall of the Castle. The total canvas area covered by the action is approximately 1.773 m². The area of the adarve that will be upgraded with the works is approximately 380 m². _x000D_ _x000D_ • Urbanise the space adjacent to the wall as a public free space that connects Plaza del Espolón with Avenida Ramón y Cajal in a total area of 2.186 m². For this purpose the ruined buildings attached to the wall will be demolished, respecting the building of the old Sidron mill. The urbanisation will include the gardening and paving of it and the execution of the necessary lighting, irrigation and sanitation facilities._x000D_ _x000D_ • Continue with the work on the virtual model of the Catalogued Good, initiated in phase 1, using advanced equipment and techniques to improve its knowledge, restoration, dissemination and valorisation._x000D_ _x000D_ • The implementation of communication and cultural promotion activities for the enhancement of the architectural and archaeological heritage.
