In the EDUSI territory there are three sectors that have a great dynamism and potential according to the current circumstances: the ICT sector, the tourism and cultural sector and the local trade and services sector. In the case of technology companies, it is necessary to define a new space that allows its growth as a natural evolution of existing infrastructures. For this purpose, a space is designed in such a way that it is not necessary to increase human and logistical resources essential for the provision of the intended services. The municipal human team of the area is used to also manage the new infrastructure that will house the Innovative Entrepreneurship Ecosystem. This centre will also be the starting point for numerous other activities of economic revitalisation of the territory as a way of addressing the various challenges identified in the diagnostic phase. The trend towards concentration of companies in the ICT sector reinforces the idea of investing alongside an existing infrastructure, as there is already a critical mass of companies, entrepreneurs and skilled workers, who once complete their life cycle in the installation — with all the expected support — leave room for new projects. _x000D_ in the case of the tourism and cultural sector, the fact of having a municipal installation, which will be rehabilitated within the EDUSI León Norte itself, such as the Sidron Mill, in the surroundings of the city wall, is a resource that equipped with the appropriate means will allow to generate a sectoral hub that strengthens the concerns of innovative entrepreneurship in the sector, both from the point of view of existing companies and new initiatives that will be supported from this centre._x000D_ In the sector of small commerce and local services, we want to develop a pilot project that brings together a group of premises that are currently closed, valued and activated.
