The population of León is highly aged, there is a high demand for spaces for older people to carry out activities during the day, so that they do not remain alone in their homes. _x000D_ _x000D_ the Immaculate Center seeks to offer socio-cultural services for the elderly, with a model similar to that of civic centers but with additional components of day centers. It should also be possible for them to be located in this municipal facility, if this model is finally chosen in collaboration with the regional administration with the competences in social welfare benefits, the physical spaces necessary to complement a day centre dependent on the residence of the municipal elderly, to attend to the basic and therapeutic personal needs of the elderly with a degree of minor dependence.
