Provide administrative bodies with the necessary support, technology and tools to enable citizens’ access to public services by electronic means. Put in place a set of common solutions, infrastructures and services that facilitate the implementation of e-government in the various Canary Islands government bodies. Provide citizens with the general entrance, via the Internet, to the Public Administrations of the Canary Islands in safe conditions either from their own homes and businesses or from the various government facilities. Acquisition or development of infrastructures and licenses essential for the support of eGovernment systems and services to highlight: identification and authentication systems, Payment Gateways, Email, Opencms, Speria-Arcivo-e, etc.
