This action aims to achieve a service and system for early warning and prevention in emergency situations. The aim is to develop an integrated and interoperable electronic platform for electronic service, communication, alert and prevention, care, management, coordination and response, which are accessible, proactive, interactive with transparency, quality and security for all citizens through ICT’s and taking into account the national standards of the national security scheme in aspects of privacy and personal data protection. System that will contribute through the development of digital public services to improve the quality and efficiency of the services integrated in the Integrated Emergency Management System of Extremadura. The “open data” philosophy will be implemented in this system by improving transparency in management, efficiency in the public service provided and, above all, the interoperability of the various administrations that are part of the Integrated Emergency Management System of Extremadura.
