Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers among women in western population, with about 1.34 million cases diagnosed annually worldwide. Strategies have been developed as endocrine treatments for reducing the risk or early detection by imaging techniques using programs based screening mammography. They have certain drawbacks or points of improvement in reducing mortality. This project is aimed at validating a multicenter clinical trial of a test for stratification of high risk patients in order to track targeted by specific imaging and analysis of circulating markers of miRNAs type for early detection.
