THIS OPERATION WILL CARRY OUT THE ACTIONS INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY AND GUARANTEE OF SUPPLY IN HIGH FOR THE SIERRA DE HUELVA, WHICH CONSISTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NECESSARY WORK TO BE ABLE TO INCORPORATE TWO NEW CONNECTING POINTS THAT ALLOW A GREATER DEGREE OF GUARANTEE OF SUPPLY, AS WELL AS TO EXECUTE A MAIN ARTERY IN HIGH THAT ALLOWS THE TRANSPORT OF WATER IN BOTH DIRECTIONS, PROPOSING AS THE MAIN RESERVOIR OF THIS NEW SYSTEM TO THE EXISTING WAREHOUSE IN ARACENA OF 5,000 M3 OF CAPACITY, BECAUSE IT IS THE MUNICIPALITY WITH THE HIGHEST STORAGE CAPACITY AND THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF THE POPULATION CENTRES AFFECTED. THE SET OF ACTIONS TO BE CARRIED OUT ARE: 1.-REALISATION OF THE EQUIPMENT OF TWO RESEARCH SURVEYS THAT HAS SUFFICIENT CAPACITY TO BE EXPLOITED AND THE PIPELINES FOR FILLING THE ARACENA TANK: RAFAEL III POLL: WITH A CAPACITY OF 30 L/S TO BE EQUIPPED WITH A PUMP CAPABLE OF GIVING THAT FLOW FOR A GAUGE HEIGHT OF APPROXIMATELY 230 M.C.A. TO FILL THE ARACENA TANK. THE CONNECTION TO THE ARACENA TANK SHALL BE A DUCTILE CAST PIPE OF 150 MM IN DIAMETER OF APPROXIMATELY 1.6 KM IN LENGTH. DRUM MILL PROBE: WITH A CAPACITY OF 25 L/S TO BE EQUIPPED WITH A PUMP CAPABLE OF GIVING THAT FLOW FOR A GAUGE HEIGHT OF APPROXIMATELY 235 M.C.A. TO FILL THE ARACENA TANK. THE CONNECTION CONDUCTION TO THE MAIN ARTERY WILL BE A DUCTILE CAST PIPE OF 150 MM IN DIAMETER WITH A LENGTH OF APPROXIMATELY 1.1 KM. 2.- EXECUTION OF THE MAIN ARTERY FROM THE ARACENA RESERVOIR TO THE EXISTING NETWORK. THE MAIN ARTERY WILL BE CONSTRUCTED BY DUCTILE CASTING CONDUCTION AND DIAMETER 300MM, FROM THE ARACENA RESERVOIR TO THE CONNECTION WITH THE EXISTING NETWORK WITH A LENGTH OF JUST OVER 8.5 KM. OVER ITS ENTIRE LENGTH, THE DIAMETER WILL REMAIN CONSTANT TO ALLOW THE FLOW OF WATER BOTH DIRECTIONS 3.- EXECUTION OF THE BRANCH TOWARDS JABUGUILLO FROM THE LOWER NETWORK OF ARACENA. FROM THE ARACENA LOWER NETWORK IS SUPPLIED A DEVELOPING POLYGON LOCATED ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF ARACENA. IT IS PROPOSED TO CONNECT A NEW CONDUCTION TO THIS SYSTEM USING DUCTILE CAST PIPE 80 MM IN DIAMETER, TO THE JABUGUILLO TANK. THIS ROUTE WILL HAVE A LENGTH OF APPROXIMATELY 3 KM. 4.- ELECTROMECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS AND CONTROL INSTRUMENTATION. TO SERVE THE NEW RAFAEL III POLL TOGETHER WITH THE TWO ALREADY EXISTING (RAFAEL I AND RAFAEL II) AND THE NEW DRUM MILL PROBE, TWO NEW MT/BT AIR TRANSFORMATION CENTERS, MT POWER LINES, ELECTRICAL PANELS, TWO EMERGENCY GENERATORS AND ADEQUATE CONTROL SYSTEMS ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE AND GUARANTEE THE OPERATION OF THE FACILITIES. IT IS ENVISAGED THAT THE INSTALLATION OF THIS CONTROL SYSTEM IS CARRIED OUT FROM THE CONTROL CENTRE AND, THROUGH A COMMUNICATION NETWORK, IT IS POSSIBLE TO PERFORM REMOTE CONTROL AND MONITORING OF THE OPERATING CONDITIONS OF THE DEVICES INSTALLED AT EACH STATION. 5.- OTHER ACTIONS. THIS INCLUDES THE RESTORATION OF SERVICES LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED BY THE WORK DESCRIBED, AS WELL AS THE MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WORKS INDICATED HEREIN IS PLANNED IN A COMPLETE WAY, REMAINING IN PERFECT CONDITION OF OPERATION, INCLUDING EARTH MOVEMENTS, PIPES AND SPECIAL PARTS, CIVIL WORKS, INSTALLATIONS, EQUIPMENT AND VALVES NECESSARY, CONNECTIONS AND CONNECTIONS, URBANISATION AND ITS ACCESS ROADS.
