The Infrastructure Master Plan (PDI), which includes all the actions in public transport infrastructures planned for the Metropolitan Region of Barcelona, defines the line L9 / L10 of the subway in Barcelona, as follows: "a line Perimeter that apart from covering unserved areas in the north of Barcelonès and in the L'Hospitalet - Zona Franca - Aeroport, runner up, enhances the network effect by connecting with all the existing rail lines through powerful interchanges. "_x000D_ _x000D_ The works of the whole line began in 2002 and were divided into 4 sections:_x000D_ - Tram I, between the T1 Airport and the Europa Fira (Well (Pou Bifurcació de l'Hospitalet de Llobregat)_x000D_ - Tram II, between Polígon Pratenc (Zona Franca) and the University Zone_x000D_ - Section III, between Zona Universitaria and La Sagrera (central section L9 / L10)_x000D_ - Tram IV, from La Sagrera to Santa Coloma (Can Zam L9) and Badalona (Gorg L10)_x000D_ On December 13, 2009 the first section of line 9 of the Metro opened between Can Zam and Can Peixauet in Santa Coloma. Subsequently, the section of the L10 between Bon Pastor and Gorg in Badalona, ¿¿the extension of the L9 of Can Peixauet to Bon Pastor was entered into service and finally it was extended with two stations until the Sagrera._x000D_ _x000D_ In this way the whole section IV of line 9/10 of the Barcelona subway, from La Sagrera to Can Zam, to Santa Coloma de Gramenet (L9) and to Gorg to Badalona L10 was put into service. It is a section of 11 km and 12 stations._x000D_ _x000D_ On February 12, 2016, the new metro line 9 Sud joined the University Zone and the T1 of the Barcelona-El Prat airport. This new infrastructure facilitates access by public transport and connects to large inhabited areas that until now did not have them, educational centers, commercial zones and logistics areas and of economic promotion, such as Mercabarna, Fira and the two terminals of the airport of Prat. The new line is fully automatic and connects Barcelona with L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and Prat de Llobregat, it is 20 km long with 15 new stations, of which 6 are exchangers._x000D_ _x000D_ Currently, it is working on the segregated branch of L'10 Sud that, starting from the fork of the Gornal station, will connect the log in service of the L9 Sud with the areas of Provençana and the City of Justice, at 'Hospitalet de Llobregat, and the neighborhood of La Marina and the Zona Franca, in Barcelona._x000D_ _x000D_ When entering service, the L10 Sud will share part of the route with the L9 Sud (stations of Collblanc, Torrassa and Can Tries-Gornal). From here, the line will continue with the two stations located in l'Hospitalet and two more in Barcelona (Foneria and Foc Cisell) to later arrive at the Zona Franca._x000D_ _x000D_ In the current configuration, the total length of line 9/10 will be 47.8 km and 52 stations._x000D_ _x000D_ The operation under the present report is the execution and implementation of accessibility, security and access control of the II section of lines L9 / L10 of Barcelona subway at the Zona Universitaria stations, Torrassa, Collblanc, Gornal, Foc and Foneria included in this section._x000D_ _x000D_ This operation in particular affects both stations included in the common L9 / L10 section (Zona Universitaria, Torrassa, Collblanc, Gornal) and stations of the segregated branch of L'10 (Foc and Foneria)._x000D_ _x000D_ Of the set of operations that are part of said project, the following actions are considered eligible under the Operational Program of the ERDF of Catalonia 2014-2020:_x000D_ - Platform closure (TM-02609.2):_x000D_ The purpose of the platform door closing subsystem (TPA) is to provide a glassy and aluminum barrier between the roadway and the passenger platforms._x000D_ - Toll system (TM-02609.3):_x000D_ The object of the toll system is the installation in all the stations of Line 9 of the necessary equipment in order to be able to carry out the sale and validation of the transport
