In accordance with the Decree on the use of European cohesion policy funds in the Republic of Slovenia in the 2014-2020 programming period for the Investment for growth and jobs goal, the MDDSZ acts as an intermediate body and ensures the achievement of the objectives of the Operational Programme for the implementation of the European Cohesion Policy in the period 2014-2020. The planned project activities are necessary for the successful and correct implementation of the planned measures and for the achievement of the objectives of the 2014-2020 OP. As an intermediary body, the MDDSZ is expected to act on the following priority axes and RB: 4. Sustainable use and production of energy and smart grids (PN. 4.1.)? 8. Promoting employment and transnational labour mobility; (PN 8.1, 8.2. and 8.3.)? 9. Social inclusion and reduction of at-risk-of-poverty (PN 9.1., 9.2., 9.3. and 9.4.)? 10. Knowledge, skills and lifelong learning for better employability;(PN 10.1)? 11. The rule of law, institutional capacity building, efficient public administration, support to the development of NGOs and capacity building of social partners (PN 11.2.)To implement the above priority axes, the MDDSZ will carry out the following activities under the FR: — Recruitment of human resources — The project will recruit staff who will contribute to a more efficient implementation of activities related to the implementation of cohesion policy. Education and training of employees — special attention will be paid to administrative competence, competence development and the necessary motivation of employees, so employees will receive general and specific training and training courses. — Support for the implementation of cohesion policy — ensuring the material and technical conditions for the implementation of the operation. It will be necessary to provide adequate means for renting premises and office furniture, as the MDDSZ does not have its own premises.
